Tropical vision

The artwork literally represents a “tropical vision,” a window onto the sea, painted with the colors of the sunset that bring warmth to the atmosphere. The sun, “setting” faintly in the background, gives way to the true protagonists of the artwork: the pictorial mosaic, irregular and angular, together with the red tropical Anthurium plant. Perched on a branch, almost blending into the details, a parrot seems to admire the beauty of the moment it is experiencing. Artwork created with oil paints, glazes with glass colors, and pieces of pictorial mosaic made with stained-glass colors, enclosed by golden leadwork.
